Students must be:

• a New Zealand resident between the ages of 7 and 18 years.

• able to access an approved mathematics tutor in person (online tutoring can, in some situations, be provided)

Parents/caregivers must:

• demonstrate a financial need (successful applicants generally have a household income of under $62,000)

• be committed to providing help and ensuring students attend tutoring appointments.

We review funding applications four times a year, and if approved, tutoring will start in the next full term.

The Board reserves the right to make all and any funding decisions. No correspondence will be entered into. All applications will be considered and treated fairly.
