Especially with the need for increased impact in increasingly uncertain times.  This interactive 90-minute workshop helps you understand more about where you currently are, why you need to think about alternative ways of operating to increase your impact and improve your performance, and how to do this.

Clarifying some options and an approach for you to act on

Determining how to go about it, and identifying challenges you may face
